Armagnacs by Domaine de La Poste

Domaine de La Poste

Another highlight in the closing auction are the Armagnac bottlings from Domaine de La Poste - bottled by Darroze
This small domaine uses Ugni Blanc grapes to produce the Armagnac Tenareze and is one of the small domains that are rarely found as single cask bottlings.

We are therefore delighted to be able to offer you a whole range of these great Armagnacs.
The Domaine de La Poste is located near Condom and the Faget family cultivates around 60 hectares of vines there.
Only Ugni Blanc is cultivated - on the clay-limestone soil typical of the region.

Like the vast majority of smaller businesses, the domaine does not have its own still, which is why a mobile Alambic Armagnacais (column still) is used here. The Domaine de La Poste is currently working with the distiller Patrick Michalouski.

We hope you enjoy browsing through the current auction - it runs until Wednesday, May 8th 2024, evening.

In addition to the 8 bottlings from Domaine de La Poste - all distilled in the 70s and matured for at least 40 years! - we have many more rare Armagnacs in the auction.

Have fun and good luck bidding!
